From two to three official SAP Training per year and per consultant
A monthly workshop, where Adessa's consultants can share their experiences, their skills and introduce the staff to new technologies or processes.
The regular visit of a senior consultant for each consultant to follow up the evolution of the know-how.
Those actions allow each consultant to receive excellent training facilities and stay up to date with the latest SAP HCM trends.
