Technical Know-How

Technical Know-How is clearly one of the most important added values in the Adessa Service Delivery Model. We invest continually in the technical skills of our consultants :

  • From two to three official SAP Training per year and per consultant

  • A monthly workshop, where Adessa's consultants can share their experiences, their skills and introduce the staff to new technologies or processes.

  • The regular visit of a senior consultant for each consultant to follow up the evolution of the know-how.

  • Those actions allow each consultant to receive excellent training facilities and stay up to date with the latest SAP HCM trends.
